gnu cash vs quicken

I have been using quicken to keep track of my personal finances for many years. I would like to use open source software to do this instead but gnucash does not run on windows. I want to beable to use windows so that my wife can have access to this applications (she only uses windows).

Also I have tried to export quicken data to gnucash (linux) but the numbers are not right.
