Anyone interested in understanding the Opensource movie would be advised to read the book "the Cathedral and the Bazaar". I think that the DVD movie "Revolution OS" also does a great job of explaing the factors behind the open source movement and that anyone trying to understand what is going on in the OSS world should try to see this movie.
